Richard Kiley rules
Anyone know how old Richard Kiley was when he did Man of La Mancha on Broadway? 50, maybe? I listened recently to the original cast recording and was amazed at his range and strength, and the recording is fresh and crisp as if it were made yesterday. Richard Kiley was born in 1922 and first appeared in Man of La Mancha on Broadway in 1965, when he was 43. I saw it twice back then, in around 1966. I love the songs and of course the touching, enduring, classic story. Mike, your voice is better with age just like Don Quixote's!
